The answer is simple if you understand the circumstance. Our wealth is being transferred to, and then consolidated by others. By other ethnicities, nationalities, other consolidated communities. It’s being heisted right from under our noses and in large part, we are contributing to the theft. There already exist a great divide in America as wealth inequality between Blacks and whites is not arguable. It is a blatantly visible and measurable reality. The unabated transfer of wealth from the Black community is a contributing factor to the present wealth inequality in America. I would be remiss to discuss the exodus of wealth from Black hands and not site reasons, something which I’ve tried to do herein.
The greatest factor in wealth inequality is in homeownership, and property ownership. The most effective way to diminish the disparity is through the acquisition of real property, the accumulation of real wealth in the Black community; simply stated, in order to offset the wealth disparity we must acquire more wealth. If you take only one lesson from this chapter let it be this; you cannot create wealth in America, you must acquire it by transference.
So what is your wealth acquisition plan? Do you have one?
